From the moment I emailed Laura Murray regarding a resort I viewed on her Re-Max website, I was impressed with her intelligence, wit, humor, warmth, and professionalism. My trip to Lake Arenal was my first trip to Costa Rica, so I had no idea what to expect.
Laura not only showed me the property, but made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. For several days she made herself available to answer my dozens of questions regarding the property, the Lake Arenal area, the Costa Rican culture, the climate, the economy and the very scary process of moving to a new country.
I was so impressed with Laura as a person and as a Realtor, that knowing she would be one of my new friends in the Lake Arenal area helped me make the final decision to buy the property. [Leeanne is now the owner of Cabinas Caracol, a lovely mini-resort between the villages of San Luis and Tronadora.]

| During our first visit to Costa Rica, we listened to a heart-breaking story told by a lady who said she was robbed of hundreds of thousands of dollars by some unscrupulous partners and real estate agents. We later learned that she became an alcoholic because of this experience. Fear immediately became our "friend" until we met Laura.
