| ICE (Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad) now will allow access through the 50-meter restricted zone to the lake for those properties bordering the zone whose owners successfully make application. We have learned that the process is fairly simple, has no fee, and does not require the services of a lawyer. ICE has indicated that successful applicants will be allowed to install a floating dock and small building. We represent a number of properties which border the zone.
